Learning and experiencing the Practice of Mindfulness of the body, senses, feelings and emotions. Applying the Practice of Mindfulness at home, with the family, in society, and at work. Eight 2 1/2 hour sessions.
Target audience: Health and Social Services professionnals; all other working professionnals.

Caution, care, vigilance ...
Mindfulness (Pleine conscience in French) can be described as the ability to live every moment of the day in the present, alert and attentive, free of dispersion that surrounds us when we get lost in a tireless brainstorming, not always desired. Under the control of our mind, our thoughts go about endlessly between the regrets of past, projections and anxieties of the future, succeeding each other in an endless process. We spend only very little time to live in the here and now, vigilant, even so that is where life happens.
Taking the time to rest, whereever we are, be watchful and observe the true nature of things, understand why and how the smallest events of our lives, out of the lure of illusion and false perceptions, that is to live ones life in Mindfulness.
Speaking of Mindfulness is one thing. Living Mindfulness is another.
Similarly it is impossible to learn swimming without entering the water, it is necessary, indeed essential, to live personally the concrete meditative practices to discover their regenerative, transforming, beneficial and salutary effects in many cases.
Our method is first and foremost practical and each participant is asked to adopt it voluntarily.
